- Private Rooms: Content created within a private room is only accessible to those who have the specific room code. Please be aware that if you share the room code, others will be able to access and potentially edit the content within that room.
Technical Information: We may automatically collect certain technical information about your device and browser when you access our Website, including:

Publicly Shared Content: Content on the shared canvas is inherently public and will be visible to all users of the Website.

Shared Canvas Content: Content created on the shared canvas may be retained indefinitely for the purpose of maintaining the shared environment.
Private Room Content: Content within private rooms may be retained for a period of time, but we do not guarantee the long-term storage of content in private rooms. We recommend that you save any important content you create in private rooms, as after abandoneing the room the data gets deleted in a period of about 2 minutes.
Technical Information: We may retain technical information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.

As we do not require user accounts, your choices regarding your information are limited. However, you have the following options:

Content Creation: You have control over the content you create on the shared canvas and in private rooms. Be mindful of what you choose to share publicly on the shared canvas.
Private Room Codes: You have control over who you share the room codes for private rooms with.
